Orders during Holidays

Our customer service and order processing will be closed between 23/12/2023 and 02/01/2025.  

23/12/2024- 2/1/2025 - Temporary closure

Due to technical maintenance, placing orders on our website will be temporarily unavailable from 23/12/2024 to 2/1/2025. The shop will reopen on Thursday 2nd January at 8:00 AM. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Delivery

Standard delivery fee: £5,- incl VAT
 
We deliver directly to the address that you have specified when purchasing a product in this e-shop and within the delivery option selected.
 
Orders are delivered with ParcelForce. You will receive a text message to the phone number provided in the order on the day of delivery advising that the parcel will be delivered that day including an option to reschedule to an alternative day.

Where Do We Deliver?

We ONLY deliver to UK addresses for orders through this site. If you would like your products shipped to a different country, please visit one of our other shops. See a list of VELUX shops at www.veluxshop.com 

Channel Islands customers: Orders can not be placed online for delivery to these areas. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact VELUX customer services by either email: sales@velux.co.uk or telephone: 01592 778 225 to place your order.

Status of Your Order

We will keep you updated at each stage of the ordering and delivery process. To enable us to offer the best delivery service we can, we will pass your contact details on to our carrier. This will allow them to send you updates on the morning of delivery via SMS and E-mail if selected. Should you have any problems, we ask you to contact us with your order details. VELUX will not pass on these details to any other third parties.

Please note that if you have purchased multiple products, these may not be delivered at the same time, but as separate deliveries as sometimes products are delivered from different plants or warehouses. Please check our order tracker, your confirmation email or SMS from our delivery service for relevant information about the delivery status of your order.

Choose Your Delivery Date

For all orders placed in this shop we give you the possibility to select a later delivery date that suits you at no extra costs. Available Monday-Friday only.

Delivery Options, Price and Time

Standard delivery

£5,- incl VAT

Average delivery time for all orders is within 5-7 working days. The expected date is given on the basket page of your order. Order by 7pm to be processed the same day. Standard delivery can be anytime between the hours of 08.00-17.00 Monday to Friday.

2 day delivery

£5 on standard delivery option. Costs as below for timed deliveries. Available on selected manual VELUX blackout blinds: colours 1025 white, 1085 light beige, 3009 black, 1705 light grey & 1100 dark blue, in specific window types and sizes C04, M04, M06, M08, S06, CK04, MK04, MK06, MK08 & SK06.

2 Working Days
Your order must be placed before 7pm – Monday to Friday – to receive 2 day delivery (4.30 pm for Northern Ireland). Please note no deliveries are made at weekends.
